1. Order and approval

The order form is a request. It is pending approval by the owner, who will confirm availability, shipping date and deposit amount in writing. Sending an order does not create any charge.

2. Model

The PackNSign station is owned by the owner and provided to the customer for use while the service is active. Ownership is not transferred.

3. Price: pay per use

The service is billed per use, from a minimum fee of €300 per month plus VAT per station, which includes 1,000 transactions. Extra transactions are billed at the volume rate confirmed with the order: the higher the volume, the lower the price per transaction. If fewer than 1,000 transactions are made, the minimum fee is billed.

4. Deposit

The deposit is €600 per station and is paid when the approved order is formalised, before shipping. It is refunded when the contract ends, once the station arrives at the owner's premises complete and in perfect working order. Otherwise, faults and missing parts are assessed and their cost is deducted from the deposit. The deposit is forfeited in the case set out in section 5.

4 bis. PackNSign Protect (optional)

Protection service for €30 per month plus VAT per station, available with the order or within 30 days of delivery. If the station suffers accidental damage (drop, knock, liquid or power surge), the owner sends a replacement station within 24 business hours on mainland Spain (48–72 hours to the Balearic and Canary Islands and the rest of Europe) and collects the damaged one, at no cost and without any deduction from the deposit. It includes up to 2 accidental-damage replacements every 12 months. It does not cover intentional damage, theft or loss, use outside specifications or third-party tampering. It is a service provided by the owner on its own equipment, not an insurance contract.

5. Invoicing and payment

Billing starts with the first transaction. The customer has one week from delivery of the station to put it into operation; after that period, the minimum fee is billed every month even if it is not used. Full months are billed, never days. The invoice is available the day after each month end and the customer has 5 days to review it. Payment is collected on day 5 by direct debit. If payment cannot be collected on day 5 for any reason, the station stops working until payment is settled. If it is still unsettled on day 15, the owner will collect the station and the deposit will be forfeited.

5 bis. Cancellation and return

There is no minimum term: the customer can cancel whenever they want. The current month is paid in full. The customer returns the complete station in its original packaging.

6. Shipping and installation

The station ships free of charge to any European Union country, in one box, and the customer assembles it following the on-screen instructions, without tools or a technician.

7. Data and evidence

The measurements, photos and records generated belong to the customer and are sent to their system via API. The owner processes them only to provide the service.
