How it works

01Place the parcel at 0·0·0
The base is a scale and a ruler at once. The parcel always goes against the same corner, so every measurement is repeatable.
02Measure, weigh and 3D-scan
The overhead head builds a 3D model of the parcel: length, width and height, plus any dent or breakage, while the scale weighs it. Envelopes are read in 2D.
03Sign and send the evidence
The cameras record video and photograph the parcel with the rulers behind, the overhead camera reads the label and the system seals the record and sends it via API.

How billing works
- Deposit€600, paid when the approved order is formalised. Refunded when the contract ends, once the station arrives at our premises complete and working; otherwise faults are assessed and deducted.
- First monthBilling starts with your first transaction. You have one week from delivery to set it up; after that, the fee runs anyway.
- InvoiceAvailable the day after month end. You have 5 days to review it.
- PaymentOn day 5, by direct debit.
- If payment failsThe station pauses on day 5. If it is still unresolved on day 15, we collect it and the deposit is forfeited.

If it breaks, you have another one tomorrow.
Your operation cannot stop because of a knock. With Protect, if your station suffers accidental damage we send you a new one, ready to measure, within 24 hours. You send the broken one back in the same box.

Do I have to buy the machine?
No. The station is ours. You pay per use, from €300 a month with 1,000 transactions included, plus a €600 deposit refunded when the contract ends and you return the station.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you want; full months are billed, so the current month is paid in full. When the contract ends, the deposit is refunded once the station arrives at our premises complete and working; any faults are assessed and deducted.
What if I do more than 1,000 transactions?
You pay each extra transaction, and the higher your volume, the less each one costs. If you do fewer than 1,000, you pay the €300 minimum fee.
When do I start paying?
With your first transaction. You have one week from delivery to set it up; after that, the minimum fee runs anyway.
How is it charged?
The invoice is available the day after month end, you have 5 days to review it and it is charged by direct debit on day 5. If the charge fails, the station pauses; if it is still unresolved on day 15, we collect it and the deposit is forfeited.
What if the station breaks?
If it is a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace it. If it is a knock or an accident, without Protect it is assessed and deducted from the deposit. With PackNSign Protect (€30/month) we send you a new station within 24 h at no cost.
Does it detect dents and breakage?
Yes. The overhead head builds a 3D model of every parcel and records video, so there is a record of its exact condition when it leaves or arrives.
How does the evidence reach my system?
Via API or webhook on every measurement. If the connection drops, the station keeps a queue and resends it on its own.
Do I need a technician to install it?
No. It arrives in one box and assembles without tools by following the screen.
Does it work for envelopes?
Yes. For envelopes and flat items it measures in 2D: length and width on the ruler, with weight and photo.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free to any European Union country.
