What you provide in the order form: company name, tax ID, name, role, email, phone, delivery address, requested configuration, approximate parcel volume, software and comments. Also the submission date, language and, where applicable, the originating campaign.

Purpose and legal basis

To review and manage your order, contact you to confirm it and, if accepted, perform the contract. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, afterwards, performance of the contract.

Retention

We keep the data while the order is processed and the contract lasts, and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law.
